Melford's interests lay in Personnel and Industrial Development and his own qualifications and experience led him to concentrate on providing a consultancy service to assist ambitious professionals achieve advancement, promotion and success. He has conducted seminars and personal consultations in various locations throughout Europe.
His belief is that anyone can be coached for greater success in their chosen career by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and then helping them to develop their intuitive skills.
